PH is measured on a scale that goes from zero to fourteen where fourteen is the most alkaline, seven is neutral and zero is the most acid. Your body functions best in the range of PH 7.35 and 7.45 for acidity in the blood. Any extra acidity makes for a context where candida multiplies.
